📦 Return Policy
- Return Window: You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility:
- Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
- We do not accept returns for products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Wrong or Damaged Item: If you receive a defective, damaged, or wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Send clear photos or videos of the item to help@zapdealfashion.com for verification.
💰 Refund Policy
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
- If your return is approved:
- Your refund will be initiated within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.
- Shipping is always free, so there are no deductions unless the return violates the return policy terms.
🔄 Exchange Policy
- We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
- If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original product first, and then place a new order separately
